We hope you enjoy visiting our website and find it helpful and useful.  For over three-quarters of a century, Arden Wood has been a place of Christian healing and spiritual refreshment, devoted to supporting healing by spiritual means alone as taught by Christ Jesus and the tenets of Christian Science.  Unique within the City of San Francisco and the greater Bay Area, we are a religious nonprofit organization providing Christian Science nursing care, Christian Science Nursing Arts training, a Christian Science Visiting Nurse service, a residential program for Christian Scientists, and a place for spiritual renewal (rest and study).  In addition, we provide workshops on the Bible, inspirational talks, and musical programs appropriate to our healing purpose.  Located in an urban forest and housed in a beautiful French château-like building, our landmark property serves hundreds of people every year with our sole mission of spiritual healing.  Our hard-working staff of Christian Science nurses and loving, caring associates is here every day of the year, twenty-four hours a day.
