 19th Avenue Parcel of Arden Wood’s Property:  Development Opportunity

The Arden Wood Board of Trustees has made a nearly four-acre parcel of our land available for purchase by developers.  Development might include senior housing, condominiums or apartments, which would ultimately be determined by the developer working in conjunction with our neighbors and the City.  The parcel is bounded by 19th Avenue, the Grove Apartments, the driveway from our Main Building up to 18th Avenue, and the Main Building itself.  The parcel is not being actively marketed at this time due to current economic conditions.  As more specific information becomes available, we will post it here.
